BMEM is free software to conduct mediation analysis with missing data. BMEM implements the Expectation-Maximization (EM) algorithm together with the MLE estimation method for model parameter estimation. To test mediation effects, a bootstrap method is used to calculate three types of confidence intervals - the percentile interval, the bias-corrected (BC) interval, and the bias corrected and accelerated interval (BCa). Generally speaking, the BCa interval is recommended for use.

A new R package bmem is available for mediation analysis with non-normal and missing data using bootstrap. The package is at http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/bmem/index.html
